Program Manager, Retail Selection, MENA Stores

Role Overview

The MENA Retail team is seeking a dedicated Program Manager focused on advancing Retail Selection programs. This role involves spearheading multiple projects and initiatives to accelerate product selection additions and improvements throughout the purchasing journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all projects designed to enhance selection growth and conversion rates.
• Set, monitor, and own selection targets across the MENA region.
• Collaborate extensively with business leaders, support, and technical teams to develop impactful selection initiatives.
• Pinpoint opportunities for expanding selection and build programs and processes to capitalize on them.
• Translate customer feedback and insights into actionable projects, features, and processes to increase and diversify retail product offerings.
• Define and track selection growth objectives along with key business metrics and success indicators.
• Create evaluation frameworks to assess program effectiveness and identify areas needing enhancement.
• Perform data analysis, interpret various reports, and provide recommendations and action plans to stakeholders.
• Detect fundamental business issues and trends and implement scalable solutions to address them.

Required Qualifications

• Over 3 years of experience managing programs or projects.
• More than 3 years cross-functional collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Proven track record in defining and executing process improvement initiatives based on data and performance metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLookUps, along with SQL knowledge.
• Experience in defining program requirements and utilizing data-driven insights for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in end-to-end delivery and effectively communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience leading process enhancements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with diverse organizational levels.
• Competence in creating processes, managing projects, and scheduling.
