About the Role

Systems Limited – Middle East & Africa (Techvista) is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to spearhead extensive digital transformation efforts involving ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems. This role demands a high level of leadership capability, stakeholder engagement proficiency, and proven delivery acumen to manage complex, multi-faceted programs within enterprise settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete lifecycle delivery of ERP, CRM, and broader digital transformation initiatives.
• Establish program roadmaps, define governance models, and craft execution strategies.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams ensuring all align with overarching business objectives.
• Collaborate with C-suite executives to facilitate informed decision-making processes.
• Supervise system integrations and promote transformation of business processes.
• Administer budgets, schedules, risk management, and monitor program performance metrics.
• Champion change management efforts to secure effective user adoption and engagement.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 to 15 years experience in program or project management roles.
• Demonstrable track record of managing large-scale ERP and CRM system implementations.
• Solid understanding and experience with platforms like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and Salesforce.
• Experience liaising with system integrators and coordinating across global delivery teams.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are preferred.
