Role and Responsibilities

• Deliver education, mentorship, and guidance to Physiotherapy students at both BPT and MPT levels.
• Organize and plan lectures, practical classes, and clinical demonstration sessions effectively.
• Contribute actively to curriculum design and academic planning initiatives.
• Support students in achieving academic and clinical excellence through comprehensive coaching.
• Oversee and mentor research projects, dissertations, and internships undertaken by students.
• Create and implement KPIs and KRAs for faculty and staff evaluation aimed at productivity enhancement.
• Stay updated on the latest trends related to curriculum development and teaching methodologies.
• Engage in research activities and publish findings in the domain of Physiotherapy.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing team of faculty members, ensuring strong engagement towards institutional reputation.
• Experience in reputed universities or educational institutions is preferred.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Ph.D. in Physiotherapy with qualifications aligned to the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Profession (NCAHP) guidelines.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrate deep subject expertise and effective teaching capabilities.
• Organize academic events such as seminars, conferences, workshops, and facilitate industry collaborations.
• Have a record of research publications and funded projects.
• Show adaptability and maintain composure when managing shifting priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Eligibility

Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy in any specialization.
