Senior Physics Teacher

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Physics Teacher to instruct students in grades 9 through 12, with a particular emphasis on preparation for competitive exams such as JEE and NEET. The candidate should be proficient in Physics, adept at delivering lessons effectively, and capable of breaking down complex concepts to enhance students' analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging Physics sessions focused on conceptual clarity for Classes 9-12.
• Prepare students thoroughly for competitive examinations including JEE and NEET.
• Build robust conceptual understanding through theoretical instruction, problem-solving, visual aids, and practical examples.
• Develop and administer challenging problem sets, assignments, assessments, and study resources.
• Teach following CBSE, ICSE, or State Board syllabi while integrating requirements of competitive exams.
• Enhance students' analytical, logical reasoning, numerical, and problem-solving competencies.
• Organize periodic tests, evaluations, doubt-clearing sessions, and monitor academic progress.
• Evaluate student performance to identify knowledge gaps and areas for improvement.
• Offer personalized mentorship to bolster academic success and competitive exam readiness.
• Stay abreast of current JEE/NEET exam formats, syllabus changes, and latest question patterns.
• Work collaboratively with academic teams to refine curriculum and teaching strategies.
• Maintain classroom discipline and nurture a motivating and participative learning atmosphere.
• Incorporate educational technologies, digital resources, and innovative teaching methods as needed.
• Engage in parent communications, faculty meetings, training sessions, and other institutional activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum one year of teaching experience, preferably with established coaching centers or academic institutions.
• Experience supporting top-performing students and coaching for JEE Main/Advanced, NEET, Olympiads, or similar competitive exams is highly advantageous.
• A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Physics or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Physics topics for Classes 9 to 12.
• Proven track record teaching Physics at competitive exam standards (JEE/NEET level).
• Familiarity with NCERT, CBSE, and competitive exam syllabi.
• Strong skills in communication, presentation, and classroom management.
• Ability to simplify difficult Physics concepts in an organized and engaging way.
• Excellent numerical proficiency and problem-solving capability.
