About the Role

This role, reporting directly to the Integrated Production Unit Leader, offers you the chance to lead and develop a high-caliber production team on the afternoon shift at our advanced manufacturing facility in Napier, Hawke's Bay, New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sustain a safety-first mindset ensuring the well-being of all team members daily.
- Drive efficient production processes to meet volume, quality standards, and delivery deadlines.
- Spot and implement operational improvements to enhance overall performance.
- Collaborate to resolve significant product or machinery challenges swiftly.
- Lead, develop, and mentor production personnel, ensuring proper staffing and performance evaluation.
- Foster accountability, engagement, and open communication to nurture trust and inclusivity across shifts.
- Guide change management initiatives and support continuous improvement and transformation efforts.
