Key Functions
- Lead and develop weekly and daily dynamic production schedules that convert demand forecasts into actionable SAP plans, proactively mitigating operational constraints to ensure stable production flow.
- Monitor material availability vigilantly, forecast risks early, and intervene effectively to circumvent shortages and maintain smooth production continuity.
- Optimize production capacity by aligning with maintenance schedules and implementing solutions to handle bottlenecks, reduce downtime, and elevate output efficiency.
- Foster robust collaboration with cross-functional teams including planning, maintenance, warehouse, logistics, and leadership to harmonize priorities and streamline communications across the value chain.
- Track production against scheduled plans, analyze performance metrics, and support data-driven initiatives to enhance delivery reliability and organizational effectiveness.
- Ensure SAP data integrity and process compliance by supporting prompt confirmations, accurate reporting, and effective closure of production orders, while promoting a culture focused on continuous improvement.
Candidate Profile
- Solid background in production planning and scheduling with proven skills in converting demand information into feasible production plans.
- Hands-on experience with SAP or equivalent ERP software to manage production orders, maintain inventory records, and assure data precision.
- Strong analytical abilities enabling risk identification, problem-solving, and informed decision-making.
- Excellent at managing stakeholders and fostering cross-departmental collaboration with clear communication across organizational levels.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized to guarantee accuracy in planning, system transactions, and reporting.
- Capable of thriving in a high-pressure, dynamic production environment while juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
