Production Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a proficient Production Operator to handle cable processing and assembly tasks, ensuring quality manufacturing output in a safe and organized environment.

Key Duties

• Perform operations such as cable cutting, wire stripping, crimping, soldering, and assembling wire harnesses.
• Operate production machinery and tools following safety guidelines and standard controls.
• Adhere strictly to work instructions, technical drawings, prototypes, and established SOPs.
• Inspect and verify dimensions, quality of crimps, connector fits, and overall visual integrity.
• Conduct basic inline quality checks during the production process.
• Achieve daily production goals while reducing material waste.
• Detect and report any defective components, machinery malfunctions, or quality concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized workstation applying 5S principles.
• Observe all safety protocols and company regulations rigorously.
• Log production output and defect data accurately and consistently.
• Assist in other production-related assignments as delegated by supervisory staff.
