Key Responsibilities

• Follow all workplace health and safety guidelines, promptly reporting near misses, hazards, and incidents.
• Ensure quality standards are met by adhering to all quality procedures and reporting obligations.
• Participate actively in meetings, trainings, cross-training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help maintain accurate inventory by following established processes.
• Execute daily operations efficiently to fulfill cycle time requirements.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors or managers regarding any concerns about safety, quality, or production output.
• Engage with the company's Due Diligence framework and complete all required compliance trainings and audits.
• Comply fully with company policies and procedures aiming for zero compliance breaches.
• Exemplify Aristocrat’s values and behavioral standards.
• Carry out assembly tasks as specified in relevant documentation and procedures.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

• Formal qualifications in manufacturing or a related area are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or inventory management is preferred.
• Comfort with PC applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, alongside exposure to ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365.
• Strong communication abilities and effective time management skills.
• Frontline leadership experience will be highly regarded.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift and move up to 20 kg over short distances, with or without mechanical assistance, and frequently lift or move 10 kg.
• Use of personal protective equipment including steel-toe footwear as provided.
• Capacity to work in varying climatic conditions, including hot and cold environments.
• Ability to push or pull Electronic Gaming Machine (EGM) cabinets as part of job duties.
• Must be able to stand and walk continuously for the duration of the shift.
