Role Overview

The Production Lead will serve as a pivotal figure within the Brand and Creative team, responsible for steering projects from brief to delivery. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, this role requires coordinating internal creative staff, external collaborators, and key stakeholders to maintain project momentum, resolve obstacles, and adapt to shifting priorities. Additionally, the role involves enhancing and scaling production workflows by combining conventional coordination with AI-enhanced tools to optimize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple creative and marketing projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
• Develop and adjust project timelines proactively, balancing team capacities and resource allocation as priorities evolve.
• Continuously improve operational workflows to streamline processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and maintain team agility.
• Work closely with project leads to align expectations, address delivery challenges, and provide transparent project updates.
• Oversee production budgets, manage relationships with external vendors, and coordinate freelance contracts to support scaling content production.
• Collaborate with AI Operations teams to test, implement, and integrate automation tools that reduce manual workload and increase productivity.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience managing creative production workflows within internal marketing or creative departments.
• Excellent systems thinking ability with expertise in database-driven project management platforms, preferably Airtable or equivalent.
• A flexible and resilient mindset with a drive to evolve processes in alignment with business growth.
• A keen interest in emerging AI technologies and practical use of these tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to effectively negotiate deadlines, manage competing demands, and influence multi-functional teams.
• Experience overseeing production budgets, vendors, and freelance teams to successfully deliver complex projects.
