Job description
Position Overview
The Production Incharge will take full responsibility for overseeing the entire manufacturing process within the company. This includes working collaboratively with various internal departments to drive operational efficiency and excellence. Additionally, the role involves managing quality control measures to guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and evaluate all stages of the production cycle to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate actively in production planning and budgeting activities to align resources and costs.
- Lead quality assurance initiatives to maintain standards that meet customer expectations.
- Ensure a safe working environment in the production area complies with safety regulations.
- Liaise with important internal and external stakeholders involved in production processes.
- Record manhour usage and track material consumption accurately using the SAP system.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma degree in Mechatronics Technology or equivalent field.
- At least 2 years of experience in production roles.
- Demonstrated strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Engineering Technician.
