Position Overview
Seeking a B.E./B.Tech graduate in Mechanical or Production Engineering with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience working in production departments within road construction equipment or heavy machinery manufacturing sectors. The role involves developing and executing production plans to ensure timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be accountable for strategizing, overseeing, and enhancing the fabrication and manufacturing workflows within an engineering facility. This includes maintaining high standards of product quality, improving process efficiency, enforcing cost management, and upholding workplace safety.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
Applicants should have a degree in Mechanical or Production/Industrial Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) paired with industry experience as described.
Remuneration and Benefits
The salary range is between INR 175,000 to INR 375,000 annually, with exact compensation dependent on the candidate’s experience and negotiation.
