Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer to join a leading Indian bakery company in Thane. This role involves operating tunnel ovens and production line machinery while monitoring key process factors to ensure smooth production flow and product quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage tunnel ovens and conveyor production lines with close attention to operational parameters.
- Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly to reduce equipment downtime.
- Uphold strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety protocols, and the 5S workplace organization system across all shifts.
- Maintain consistent quality standards throughout production processes.
Candidate Profile
- Engineer with 6 to 7 years of hands-on experience in production equipment, including tunnel ovens, burners, conveyors, and automation setups.
- Strong skills in preventive maintenance and reactive troubleshooting for both mechanical and electrical systems.
Minimum education
Bachelor's Degree
