Production Assistant

Overview

Qrated Sports Private Limited specializes in producing customized t-shirts and uniforms, each order tailored uniquely. We require a Production Assistant to meticulously oversee orders from inception to completion, ensuring accuracy at every step.

Daily Responsibilities

• Interpret customer orders thoroughly to determine exact requirements.
• Relay detailed order information to vendors and manufacturing units to initiate production.
• Coordinate with vendors handling embroidery, DTF printing, and logo application tasks.
• Ensure precise logo placement on every item.
• Conduct daily follow-ups with vendors and factories to monitor order progress.
• Communicate promptly with customers regarding order readiness or any delays.
• Maintain straightforward records of orders alongside their delivery schedules.
• Identify potential issues early and notify the relevant team members.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses 1 to 2 years of experience in coordination, customer service, or managing orders.
• Experience within garment or printing industries is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with customers, vendors, and factory personnel.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, recognizing that even minor errors can lead to significant order waste.
• Proactive in following up independently without external prompts.
• Proficiency in English and Kannada; knowledge of Hindi is considered beneficial.
• Comfortable operating WhatsApp and Google Sheets for communication and record-keeping.
