Job Responsibilities

Assembly duties primarily take place on an assembly line with some bench work tasks. The role requires the use of various hand tools and power equipment to assist in building RVs.

Tools and Equipment Used

• Hand tools including drills, screw guns, staple guns, power saws, knives, routers, and hammers
• Operating power machinery such as metal stamping machines, presses, shears, benders, glue machines, and cut-off saws for some positions

Compensation and Benefits

Starting wage is $20.00 per hour, with potential to increase pay after 120 days based on performance. New employees may also qualify for a bonus of up to $3,000 within the first five months. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, and paid vacays, supporting a strong work-life balance.

Experience Requirements

No prior experience is necessary, though relevant prior skills and experience will be compensated accordingly.
