Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist to oversee the complete product lifecycle of our customer-facing mobile money applications, merchant platforms, and back-office solutions. This role involves guiding the digital product vision, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and collaborating closely with technical teams to enhance platform performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end lifecycle management for mobile money apps, merchant interfaces, and internal tools.
• Develop and implement forward-looking digital product strategies aligned with current business demands and future expansion goals.
• Collaborate with technical teams to handle platform operations, upgrades, and necessary adaptations.
• Act as the advocate for customer experience, ensuring a standout and seamless journey for users.
• Analyze industry trends and best practices to continually enhance user experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
• A minimum of five years’ experience delivering B2B or B2C products, demonstrating ability in setting and executing product visions.
• Experience in the mobile financial services or banking sector is considered an asset.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clarify complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
• Proven success in formulating and delivering effective product strategies.
• Skilled at building robust relationships across diverse business units and managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Experience taking ownership of budgets and managing them efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability in managing vendor and supplier relationships successfully.
