Product Owner

Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Owner to lead and foster a culture focused on high achievement and continuous development within the Enterprise Product Portfolio. This role involves aligning with the product's strategic objectives and integrating them with broader business goals, as well as assisting in creating business cases to introduce new product features and capabilities.

Work Schedule and Environment

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, summing up to 37.5 working hours per week. The role operates on-site and remotely, offering flexibility with access to modern offices in London, Reading, Manchester, Leeds, and Birmingham alongside home working.

Key Responsibilities and Expertise Required

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in a digital, innovative setting.
• Strong adaptability to continuously evolving environments.
• Background in backend or office product ownership.
• Insight into agent-focused tools and analytics, leveraging data to inform decisions.
• Application of a test-and-learn methodology for product development.
• Hands-on experience with system implementations and migrations, capable of connecting technical and user requirements.

Contract Details and Compensation

• Contract length until December 2026, with potential for extension.
• Daily pay rate of up to £550.00 (inside IR35), paid through umbrella arrangements.
• Hybrid working arrangement enabling work both remotely and from state-of-the-art office facilities.
