Data & AI Researcher (LLM, NLP, Computer Vision)

About the Role and Responsibilities

You will lead research design and experimentation centered on Large Language Models (LLM), focusing on fundamental model components and methodologies. Independently conduct investigations, analyze findings critically, and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. Collaborate on data engineering efforts and contribute to scaling early-stage research into mature engineering solutions. Regularly update supervisors and research leaders on scientific progress to ensure alignment. Provide mentorship to team members and engage in program initiatives. Although publishing results is encouraged, it is not a mandatory requirement.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a closely related technical field.
• Prior experience in research and development within Natural Language Processing (NLP) or generative AI domains.
• Demonstrated expertise or strong interest in LLM-related areas such as entity-relation modeling, prompt engineering, reasoning processes, and sentiment analysis.
• Familiarity with synthetic data creation leveraging generative AI methodologies.
