About the Role

Within our Data and Technology division, we are expanding a modern product practice focused on customer-centric, data-informed, and outcome-driven approaches.
As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering value for customers and the business. Collaborating with Product Managers, engineers, quality engineers, business stakeholders, and customers, you'll identify problems, validate solutions, and iteratively enhance the products and capabilities your team supports. You will be instrumental throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritisation to delivery and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside Product Managers and stakeholders to uncover customer, business, and operational challenges, exploring problems, testing assumptions, and shaping potential solutions using customer insights, data, and business context to prioritize initiatives and guide decisions.
- Maintain and refine a product backlog aligned with strategic priorities, customer needs, and business outcomes.
- Decompose complex problems into clear, testable, manageable increments that optimize learning and value delivery.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, quality teams, and stakeholders to achieve high-quality results following agile methodologies.
- Make informed trade-offs balancing customer value, business needs, technical factors, and delivery constraints.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in roles such as Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, or Product Analyst within agile frameworks.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, building trust across technical and business teams.
- The ability to simplify complex problems into actionable priorities and outcomes.
- A mindset centered on customers with a passion for creating valuable products.
- Excellent communication and facilitation capabilities.
- A growth-oriented attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Additional Information
