Role Overview

The Operations team at Revolut focuses on solving complex challenges efficiently to enable global scale and growth. As a Product Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding and operating Revolut's business internationally by leading high-impact projects that refine processes and improve customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate strategic perspectives on specific fintech sectors, guiding long-term company and product plans.
• Serve as a critical intelligence source by gathering and relaying market insights to influence corporate strategy and product roadmaps.
• Monitor and analyse Revolut’s competitive standing and product performance worldwide.
• Support the scoping and launch of new business verticals.
• Design initial product offerings and define market entry strategies for new international markets.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2:1 degree from a leading university, preferably in STEM or a quantitatively rigorous discipline.
• Demonstrated record of exceptional achievement across diverse fields.
• More than 3 years’ experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a fast-growth technology firm in a product or strategic capacity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Customer-focused approach in product design and solution development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building successful, ideally financial, products utilizing data analysis, customer feedback, intuitive judgement, or machine learning techniques.
