Role Overview
We seek a Product Manager dedicated to managing and enhancing our back-office systems integral to the trading platform. This role involves ensuring optimal configuration, integration, and continuous development to support our operational, technological, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the product roadmap, backlog, and requirements effectively.
- Refine brokerage operational workflows and oversee platform configurations.
- Lead requirements gathering for system integrations covering MT5, KYC, Payments, Finance, CRM, and other internal systems.
- Design data flows, assign system-of-record roles, ensure status synchronization, and handle reconciliation and exceptions.
- Support client and account management details including account types, statuses, leverage, currencies, and configurations.
- Convert operational needs into formal product requirements, workflows, PRDs, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture teams on technical investigations and integration design.
- Work closely with Operations, Compliance, Support, and Dealing teams to identify and alleviate bottlenecks in workflows.
- Engage with third-party technology vendors to discuss platform features, gaps, updates, and releases.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, product launches, operational readiness, and subsequent enhancements.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 4 years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis roles.
- Background in FinTech, online trading, brokerage, or related financial services.
- Comprehensive knowledge of brokerage back-office functions.
- Experience managing third-party platforms and vendor technologies.
- Strong grasp of APIs, system integrations, data workflow, and status updates.
- Adeptness at mapping complex operational workflows into precise technical specifications.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills, partnering with Engineering and Operations teams.
- Capability to oversee multiple interrelated systems simultaneously.
Preferred Expertise
- Experience with MT4/MT5 trading platforms.
- Familiarity with brokerage CRM and back-office software.
- Knowledge of trading account administration.
- Integrations related to KYC/AML compliance.
- Payment processing system integrations.
- Understanding of wallet or ledger systems.
- Brokerage reporting and reconciliation processes.
- IB/partner management platforms.
- Managing multi-license or multi-entity brokerage frameworks.
Technical Understanding
- While coding isn't mandatory, proficiency in discussing REST APIs and webhooks is expected.
- Familiarity with system-of-record principles and asynchronous, event-driven processing.
- Experience handling integration errors, retries, and recovery methods.
- Competence in reconciliation, audit trails, permissions, and access rights.
- In-depth knowledge of MT5 and trading account lifecycle management.
