As the Product Manager for Web Insights, you will lead both strategic planning and execution for our web and generative AI analytics products. Your focus will be to ensure these offerings are precise, user-friendly, and effectively address genuine customer needs.

Key Projects and Collaborations

• Drive high-impact projects originating from active user input, like developing an SEO and competitive traffic solution using granular URL-level traffic data.
• Enhance features including competitive discovery, reporting user experience, and broaden generative AI citation and brand visibility monitoring.
• Engage directly with users and business stakeholders to uncover detailed use cases and transform them into clear, actionable requirements.
• Work alongside Data Science to improve and extend web traffic and engagement data estimations.
• Partner with Engineering on implementing and managing project deliverables such as new functionalities and data infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Go-To-Market teams to effectively promote new capabilities and bolster adoption of the Web Insights product.

Responsibilities

• Interview customers to identify their needs, workflows, and challenges related to web traffic and engagement analytics.
• Create comprehensive technical specifications for new features, metrics, and data output solutions.
• Coordinate daily with Data Science and Engineering teams to prioritize, define scopes, and deploy improvements to web metrics and product functionality.
• Develop and manage a forward-looking product roadmap for Web and Generative AI Insights releases.
• Analyze product usage and impact metrics to find opportunities for enhancements and assess feature performance.
• Communicate technical and commercial details of upcoming releases to non-technical teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of web data estimates by collaborating with Data Science to identify and resolve related issues and refine methodologies.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within product management roles at B2B or SaaS companies.
• Exposure to data-centric products, analytics platforms, or API-driven environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and confident use of data analytics to guide product decisions.
• Keen interest in web analytics, competitive intelligence, or digital marketing sectors; SEO experience is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, Amplitude, or Mixpanel is beneficial.
• Comfortable leveraging AI technologies daily, including tools like Claude, developing custom AI agents, and integrating MCP to accelerate workflows and innovation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration involving Engineering, Design, and Sales or Go-To-Market teams.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is desirable but not mandatory.
