Product Manager

About the Role

We are searching for a strategic and user-centric Technical Product Manager who will oversee the lifecycle of our products from initial concept through to launch. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to craft a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with both business objectives and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap in line with company strategy and customer input
• Collect, analyze, and prioritize requirements from internal teams, customers, and industry trends
• Create comprehensive product specifications and detailed user stories
• Work alongside engineering and design teams to implement product features and enhancements
• Track product performance and analyze user data to guide iterative improvements
• Provide regular updates on product status to stakeholders, leadership, and customers
• Partner with marketing and sales to aid in product positioning and execution of go-to-market plans
• Conduct A/B testing, user research, and maintain feedback loops to support product decisions
• Ensure products are delivered on time and successfully launched

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in product management
• Proficient knowledge of Agile and Scrum development methodologies
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or their equivalents
• Adept at balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility

Preferred Skills

• Experience within industries such as SaaS, FinTech, or HealthTech
• Familiarity with data analytics platforms, e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics
• Technical background or extensive collaboration experience with development teams
• Enthusiasm for developing intuitive, user-focused products
