Role Overview

As the Product Manager for the ServiceNow Low-Code Platform, based in either Singapore or Cyberjaya, Malaysia, you will lead the strategic vision, roadmap development, and priority setting for DHL's Low-Code Application Engine. This pivotal role involves collaborating with business units, IT teams, and external partners to transform business requirements into scalable platform solutions that boost operational efficiency and enhance user experience.

This position gives you a chance to shape digital automation initiatives across the enterprise, ensuring adherence to DHL’s architectural, security, and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the product roadmap, manage priorities and backlog effectively.
• Advocate for platform adoption and uncover opportunities to maximize business benefits through workflow automation and low-code innovations.
• Track platform performance, usage, and outcome benefits to guide data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to capture challenges and translate them into robust platform solutions.
• Lead demand intake processes, prioritize tasks, and orchestrate product planning efforts.
• Regularly update stakeholders on roadmap progress, delivery status, risks, and significant initiatives.
• Ensure solutions meet DHL’s architecture, security, and development policies.
• Support governance activities including release management, platform standards enforcement, and demand management.
• Promote best practices, encourage solution reusability, and drive continuous platform improvements.
• Oversee vendor and partner relationships to guarantee quality execution and service performance.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships to secure successful project outcomes.

Essential Experience & Expertise

• Minimum of five years’ experience managing or owning enterprise technology products, platforms, or applications.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow and low-code development methodologies.
• Practical experience with ServiceNow Application Engine, App Engine Studio, and Flow Designer.
• Skilled in gathering, analyzing, and converting business requirements into technological solutions.
• A track record of working with external vendors, delivery teams or managed service providers.
• Previous roles as Product Owner, Product Manager, Platform Manager or related positions.
• Hands-on skills in implementing, configuring, or developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Exceptional communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient stakeholder management with strong prioritization and balancing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as ServiceNow and/or ITIL Foundation.
• Experience in multinational or global corporate settings.
• Background or exposure to logistics, supply chain management, customer service, service management, workflow automation, or operational improvements.
