- Develop and assess user stories and product requirements within an Agile Software Development Life Cycle to ensure features meet client expectations and are thoroughly tested before release.
- Coach and guide an agile scrum team to continuously improve their delivery quality and efficiency.
- Partner across functions—including Engineering, Testing, User Experience, Marketing, Implementation, and Sales—to advise, align strategies, and maximize business results.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B product management, preferably in FinTech or financial services sectors.

- Skilled in defining user stories, workflows, requirements, and product documentation within an Agile SDLC environment.
- Experience leading or mentoring scrum teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities across multidisciplinary teams.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Preferred: Background in investment management, portfolio monitoring, or private markets technology platforms.
- Preferred: Experience building SaaS solutions for institutional financial clients.
