Overview

Join LSEG as a Product Manager responsible for defining and implementing the strategic vision of the Open Directory within the Workspace Collaboration Cluster. This role is crucial to advancing LSEG's collaboration strategy, integrating with Microsoft Teams via External Collaboration, and expanding the Workspace community. Leveraging your expertise in large-scale financial services platforms, you'll ensure the development of a scalable, reliable, and enabling platform. Collaboration with cluster leads will facilitate innovative customer workflows enhanced by AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own product management for one or multiple squads focusing on the build-out of the LSEG Directory product.
  • Collaborate with Workspace platform and community teams to prioritize and develop features that drive platform engagement.
  • Convert product strategies into detailed requirements, facilitating prototype and final product development by engineering teams.
  • Lead all aspects of product development including research, UX prototyping, roadmap planning, requirements gathering, and product launches in partnership with leadership.
  • Participate in or facilitate agile processes such as daily scrums, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure all efforts align with agreed Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Establish and track KPIs, usage metrics, and user feedback to identify and resolve pain points enhancing user engagement on the platform.
  • Develop strong relationships across teams to ensure project success.
  • Communicate complex ideas effectively at various organizational levels, adapting style as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years in senior product leadership roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of workflows, personas, and communities in Financial Services sectors including FX, Commodities, Fixed Income, Equities, Investment Banking, or Wealth Management.
  • Experience designing and managing large-scale Financial Services platforms.
  • Proven track record in managing vendor relationships and third-party partnerships.
  • Expertise with chat and collaboration platforms integration.
  • Familiarity with BOT/Agentic systems, APIs, and natural language AI technologies.
  • Background in operating within large matrix organizations.
  • Demonstrated creativity and strategic thinking toward personalizing user experiences.
  • Strong collaboration skills working with senior stakeholders across technology, product, and business groups.
  • Excellent communication abilities across all organizational tiers.
  • Proven ability to work across teams involving architecture, product, data science, proposition, and project management.
