Product Manager

Overview

We are in search of a motivated and committed Product Manager to become part of our team in Singapore. This role demands a candidate with at least five years of professional experience in product management or related disciplines.

Core Responsibilities

• Establish and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap collaboratively with business stakeholders.
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle, including development, operation, and ongoing enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design teams, vendors, and other cross-functional participants to deliver digital product solutions.
• Leverage user research, analytics data, and product performance metrics to inform product improvements and drive user adoption.
• Handle product priorities while managing budgets, timelines, risks, and governance protocols.
• Maintain the service quality, reliability, availability, and operational stability of active products.
• Engage stakeholders consistently to foster user adoption and facilitate continual product advancements.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of five years' experience in Product Management, IT Business Analysis, or Solution Design roles.
• Proven ability to work effectively with engineering, design, and product teams.
• Demonstrated experience in managing both product development initiatives and operational functions.
• Strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving aptitude, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity and practical experience with Agile methodologies.
• Academic qualification including a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or similar disciplines.

Desirable Qualifications

• Background in Cloud computing, Design Thinking, or Product-Centric Development approaches.
• Experience in Service Operations or Incident Management.
• Exposure to government or regulated industry settings.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, CITPM, or COMIT are advantageous.
