Role Summary

The Product Manager will spearhead the vision, strategic planning, and roadmap development for spiderSilk’s AI-powered security offerings. This pivotal role involves collaboration across Engineering, Design, Threat Intelligence, and Go-to-Market teams to craft products meeting complex security challenges while satisfying customer and business needs.

Core Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with corporate goals and customer demands.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to ideate, prioritize, and deliver features from concept to market release.
• Convert customer challenges, industry trends, and threat analyses into precise product specifications and user stories.
• Make prioritization decisions grounded in data that balance customer impact, technical feasibility, and business value.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle including discovery, validation, deployment, iteration, and enhancement.
• Work closely with Threat Intelligence and Security Research teams to maintain product relevance against emerging cyber threats.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to enable effective product launches and foster strong adoption.
• Establish, monitor, and report key performance indicators to assess product success and guide strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrable product management experience with technical or B2B software products such as cybersecurity, AI, SaaS, or infrastructure solutions.
• Deep familiarity with product development methodologies and agile project management practices.
• Capability to articulate complex technical and security concepts into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Experience managing product roadmaps and balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders across technical and business domains.
• Proficiency with data-driven decision-making and analytics to evaluate product performance.
• Solid understanding of technical and security environments in global markets.
• Strong organizational aptitude, meticulous attention to detail, and proactive work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in developing products for rapidly scaling technology companies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity fields including threat detection, vulnerability analysis, or attack surface management.
• Experience with AI and machine learning-based product development and deployment.
• History of collaborating with engineering teams across multiple countries.
• Educational background in technology, engineering, computer science, or related technical discipline.
