About the Role
CodeRound AI seeks a motivated Product Manager to join a dynamic early-stage AI SaaS startup focused on revolutionizing digital knowledge management for businesses. The successful applicant will possess a strong technical foundation, product intuition, and a remarkable academic background, backed by 2 to 3 years of relevant Product Management experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of product features throughout their lifecycle, from problem identification to launch and ongoing refinement.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams to develop and release products.
- Convert customer needs and business challenges into precise product requirements.
- Establish product roadmaps, prioritize tasks, and define success indicators.
- Utilize customer feedback and product analytics to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Perform market and user research to discover and validate new product opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Continuously iterate products based on user engagement, feedback, and business outcomes.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- 2 to 3 years of product management experience.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.
- Proven experience delivering products or features from concept to release.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sense of ownership with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Degree from a reputable engineering or technical institution.
Desirable Experience
- Background in developing AI/ML-powered products.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS or enterprise SaaS environments.
- Hands-on experience with product development from zero to one.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, platforms, or products targeted at developers.
- Expertise in leveraging data-driven metrics and experimentation for product decisions.
- Prior experience working in startups.
