Overview

This role is open exclusively to candidates based in Mumbai, preferably 2026 graduates, with a preference for those having startup exposure, education from top colleges, or degrees in Psychology. The position requires working from our office located in Sion, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with clients and founders, becoming their trusted partner for hiring needs.
• Develop and implement effective, rapid recruitment strategies tailored to hiring requirements.
• Source, evaluate, and connect leading talent in engineering, AI, and product domains with various startups.
• Oversee the full hiring process from requirement gathering, facilitating interviews, to final closure of roles.
• Collaborate closely with candidates, clients, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and ongoing hiring flow.
• Monitor recruitment pipelines, analyze hiring metrics, and collect feedback to optimize hiring outcomes.
• Provide outstanding experiences to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Enhance recruitment processes and utilize AI-driven tools for more efficient and intelligent hiring.
• Excel in a dynamic startup environment that demands high ownership and directly impacts company growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants must reside in Mumbai; only 2026 graduates are eligible to apply.
• Preference for candidates from top-tier colleges and those with excellent academic records.
• Degrees in Psychology and prior startup experience are considered advantages.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranges between ₹300,000 and ₹900,000.
