- Monitor product performance metrics such as conversion rates, average gift size, and error rates, understanding underlying causes.
- Prepare sales and customer success teams for upcoming launches to ensure readiness and alignment.
- Maintain stakeholder alignment concerning priorities, timelines, and planned changes.
Qualifications
- Prior experience taking ownership of a product area end-to-end, with responsibility for outcomes beyond task completion.
- Expertise in building and clearly communicating a 12- to 24-month product strategy and roadmap.
- Strong data-driven mindset, capable of analyzing funnel metrics and identifying growth avenues.
- Ability to write clear, thorough specifications for engineers covering all edge cases with no ambiguity.
- Systematic thinker who comprehends the entire product ecosystem, dependencies, and potential effects of decisions.
- Solid UX sensibility and advocacy for excellent user experiences.
- Collaborative ability to work effectively with design, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.
