Role Overview

As Product Manager for Data Center White Space across the EMEA region, you will lead the overall strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of Eaton's White Space portfolio. Your role involves identifying market opportunities, defining product requirements, and collaborating closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams in EMEA and North America to foster profitable growth and innovation within a core business area.

• IT Racks and Accessories
• Rack Power Distribution Units (PDUs)
• Rack Power Solutions, including Direct Current architectures
• Aisle Containment Systems
• POD Solutions
• Superstructure Solutions
• Data Center Monitoring and Management Software

These products align with Eaton's end-to-end 'Grid-to-Chip' strategy, tailored to modern cloud, colocation, and AI-driven data centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement the product strategy and roadmap for the White Space portfolio.
• Oversee product lifecycle management from inception through to end-of-life phases.
• Ensure product profitability and assist in developing pricing strategies.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and track market trends.
• Discover growth prospects and distinctive competitive advantages.
• Establish product requirements for new development projects.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Support marketing efforts and product launch activities.
• Coordinate with global teams to synchronize product roadmaps.
• Act as product expert for strategic customers and significant business opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Business Development.
• Background in Data Center industry operations and technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Data Center infrastructure technology.
• Preferred experience with White Space solutions including racks, rack PDUs, containment systems, PODs, modular infrastructure, or similar.
• Strong commercial insight and financial understanding.
• Excellent capabilities in stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Adeptness at working within a global matrix organizational structure.
• Fluent proficiency in English is mandatory.
