Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions addressing finance, billing, and financial services challenges at the company.
  • Take ownership of the entire user experience beyond just software implementation, combining human and technological services to deliver value.
  • Lead complex product initiatives independently without needing direct involvement from senior product leaders.
  • Manage expectations internally on complex projects by making strategic prioritization decisions.
  • Create and maintain an effective roadmap and strategic vision for your finance product area.
  • Translate strategy into actionable near- and mid-term objectives understandable across teams.
  • Align your product plans with broader departmental and company-wide goals.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for your assigned product domain.
  • Contribute to scalable growth plans related to your product area.
  • Deliver rapid, iterative improvements by pursuing minimal viable solutions to problems.
  • Guide a product team to achieve high productivity and strong return on investment.
  • Understand business key performance indicators and align team efforts to drive measurable improvements.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to solve complex challenges.
  • Communicate progress and product impact internally and externally transparently and asynchronously.
  • Contribute knowledge and best practices within the wider product organization.
  • Work autonomously on straightforward features, seeking support only for highly complex problems.
  • Participate in both tactical and strategic decision-making for your business unit.
  • Develop expertise in articulating and solving complex finance-related business problems.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience managing billing, invoicing, or closely related products, preferably within fast-growing organizations.
  • Skilled in Cursor, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted coding tools, capable of independently building, debugging, and deploying prototypes or code changes.
  • Strong decision-making abilities, from strategic prioritization to defining feature scope.
  • Proven track record of driving meaningful product advances through self-motivated work.
  • Deep enthusiasm for designing smooth and effective solutions despite the complexity involved.
  • Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration skills, aligning product outputs with business needs.
  • Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working remotely is advantageous but not mandatory.

Work Environment and Logistics

  • Role reports directly to the Group Product Manager.
  • Open to applicants globally since the position is fully remote.
  • Immediate availability preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual pay range for this role lies between $62,400 and $140,400, adjusted for geographic location and individual factors such as skills and experience.
