The Role

The product manager will lead key product domains within Kira's AI-powered neobank app. This role demands individuals who empathize with users, set clear product visions, collaborate closely with design and engineering, execute rapid releases, and continually refine offerings post-launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee product segments across insurance, payments, savings, investments, travel, or other financial offerings.
• Identify user challenges and define product scope, objectives, KPIs, roadmaps, and launch strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data analysis, operations, compliance, and business units.
• Transform intricate financial concepts into intuitive and seamless user experiences.
• Leverage data, user feedback, market research, and operational insights to guide feature improvements.
• Manage feature launches, track performance metrics, and iterate enhancements.
• Make balanced decisions prioritizing speed, user satisfaction, business goals, regulatory compliance, and operational feasibility.
