Role Overview

We seek passionate product managers to take ownership of distinct product domains within BJAK's AI-powered Neobank app. This role involves deep understanding of user needs, setting product vision, collaborating cross-functionally, rapid deployment, and ongoing refinement post-launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product segments including insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, or other financial services.
• Identify user challenges, establish product scope, define success metrics, and devise launch roadmaps.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data analytics, operations, compliance, and business teams.
• Transform intricate financial offerings into clear, accessible customer experiences.
• Leverage data, user feedback, research insights, and operational issues to inform product improvements.
• Initiate feature rollouts, track performance, and steer iterative enhancements.
• Balance priorities among speed, customer experience, business goals, regulatory compliance, and operational feasibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in roles such as Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, or growth/product operator.
• Strong intuition for products with the ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with engineers and designers to ship impactful products.
• Comfortable utilizing metrics, user feedback, experimentation, and iterative learning after launch.
• Excellent skills in writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• High degree of ownership and ability to autonomously drive initiatives.
• Relevant background in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps, or fast-growing products is a notable advantage.

• Unsuitable for candidates requiring perfect data before decision-making.
• Not for product managers who disregard features post-launch.
• PMs who overstate business impact without understanding attribution are discouraged.

Additional Details

The position is fully remote, with the team distributed globally, working across multiple countries and time zones. Candidates should thrive in fast-paced, international environments and possess strong English communication skills as it is the primary language used across teams.
