- Identify user challenges, establish product scope, define success measures, and plan roadmaps and releases.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data analysis, operations, compliance, and business units.
- Transform complex financial concepts into intuitive customer experiences.
- Utilize data, user input, research insights, and operational feedback to inform product enhancements.
- Deploy new features, monitor their performance, and iterate for continuous improvement.
- Balance priorities concerning speed, user experience, business goals, regulatory compliance, and operational feasibility.

- Exceptional product intuition and capacity to simplify intricate workflows.
- Hands-on capability to collaborate with engineers and designers to deliver functioning products.
- Comfortable analyzing metrics, customer feedback, conducting experiments, and applying learnings post-launch.
- Strong skills in writing, priority setting, and managing diverse stakeholder expectations.
- High initiative and capability to independently drive projects.
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer applications, or high-growth environments is highly preferred.
Desired Builder Attributes
- Focus on solving user issues rather than feature additions.
- Confident making decisions with partial information.
- Expertise in rapid shipping and iterative learning.
- Collaborates effectively with engineering teams without relying excessively on process.
- Transparent about the real impact of their contributions versus team efforts.
Unsuitable Candidates
- Individuals who primarily create presentations without driving implementation.
- PMs unable to engage closely with engineering.
- Those requiring exhaustive data before decision-making.
- Applicants who ignore products post-launch.
- PMs who overstate product impact without understanding true attribution.
