Position Overview

We are actively seeking a strategic Product Manager focused on AI Enablement to spearhead the identification, prioritization, and execution of AI-driven initiatives that generate measurable business value. This role requires collaboration with various business units to analyze workflows and products for AI adoption opportunities, translating them into actionable projects aligned with enterprise goals while ensuring responsible and effective deployment of AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with departments to assess operational processes and identify where AI can add value.
  • Evaluate the feasibility, risks, expected outcomes, and returns on investment for AI projects.
  • Prioritize high-impact opportunities over exploratory activities.
  • Develop clear problem definitions and business cases for prioritized AI initiatives.
  • Create and manage an AI Enablement roadmap that aligns with strategic priorities.
  • Implement a systematic intake and prioritization process for AI requests.
  • Work closely with AI Engineering to convert business needs into technical plans.
  • Oversee pilot phases, validate solutions, drive rollouts, and measure the impact of AI applications.
  • Serve as a liaison between business teams, engineering, IT, security, and compliance to promote aligned and ethical AI adoption.
  • Set realistic expectations about AI capabilities, risks, and limitations.
  • Define and monitor KPIs related to productivity, cost savings, quality enhancements, and revenue benefits.
  • Ensure all AI projects comply with governance, security standards, and responsible AI frameworks.
  • Report progress, outcomes, and risks effectively to executive leadership.
  • Track user adoption and gather feedback to evaluate long-term effects of AI solutions.
  • Co-lead AI education and training efforts within the organization to build awareness and literacy.
  • Educate stakeholders about practical AI applications, constraints, and industry best practices.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years in product management within technology-focused settings.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional projects from initial concept through delivery.
  • Experience in discovering and validating technology-driven business opportunities.
  • Solid knowledge of current AI technologies, including large language models and AI services such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, and Claude.
  • Competency in constructing business cases and setting measurable KPIs.
  • Strong skills in managing stakeholders and communicating with executive leadership.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
  • Preferred experience with AI-augmented products or enterprise-level AI integration initiatives.
  • Understanding of data science or machine learning principles is a bonus.
  • Experience in large multi-unit enterprises and managing change or technology adoption programs advantageous.
  • Exposure to compliance-regulated environments is appreciated.

Compensation

The role offers a competitive annual salary ranging between 145,000 to 165,000 CAD. Final remuneration will depend on the candidate’s skill set, experience, and fit with the role. Entry-level salary aligns with meeting core qualifications and growth potential; mid-range reflects technical and collaborative competence; top-range rewards exceptional expertise and value.
