About Trimble and the Role
Join Trimble, an industrial technology leader transforming global industries by connecting digital and physical worlds. As a Product Manager based in Sydney, you will spearhead innovation in construction ERP with focus on the Jobpac Connect platform across Australia and New Zealand. This role revolves around creating integrated digital workflows that link office, field, and finance teams, utilizing AI and APIs to enhance productivity and sustainability in construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the entire product roadmap to accelerate market launch of impactful features for field teams.
- Integrate cross-product workflows, forging a seamless connection between office, field, and financial operations.
- Ensure compliance with Australian and NZ legislation while overseeing payroll logic and product updates.
- Head the connectivity strategy designing robust API-driven platform ecosystems and marketplace innovations.
- Implement advanced AI tools to deliver real-time financial insights and job cost forecasting.
- Collaborate globally with engineering and marketing to tailor product requirements and promote the Connected Construction vision.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience managing SaaS products particularly with financial processes and accounting principles.
- Background in construction finance or project management workflows relevant to ANZ markets.
- Technical knowledge of product backlog management and API/middleware driven ecosystems.
- Proven leadership in cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagement in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related discipline.
Preferred Skills
- Direct experience with construction ERP platforms such as Jobpac or Vista.
- Advanced capabilities in data analytics and visualization tools.
- Familiarity with Australian and NZ payroll regulations including STP and Holidays Act.
