Role Overview

We seek a seasoned Product Lead to spearhead the AI and agentic product components within Atlas. This role requires end-to-end ownership of product development from initial concept through to launch, operating within a fast-paced, customer-centric environment based onsite in Pepper's Mumbai (Andheri East) office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the AI and agentic elements of Atlas, advancing products from zero concept to scalable solutions.
• Define and design crucial user experiences, specifically for the Atlas Super Agent and Agentic Workflow Builder.
• Craft concise and clear product specifications delineating problems, goals, and success criteria to guide the design and engineering teams.
• Embed expert SEO and GEO operator practices into product features such as AI workflows, agents, and automations to standardize quality work.
• Collaborate closely with services teams to convert operational workflows into scalable product features, driving adoption through effective change management strategies.
• Analyze intricate challenges with technical insight and leverage product usage data to shape the product roadmap.
• Evaluate build versus buy options and collaborate with third-party partners for speedy integration of scalable functionalities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a founder or co-founder of a software company, balancing both technical and business roles.
• Track record of successfully launching enterprise SaaS or service products from concept through growth stages (0 to 1 and 1 to 10).
• Strong familiarity with B2B products and the US market, including understanding enterprise buyers' needs and marketing team dynamics.
• Deep understanding of Service as Software, comfortable designing products that encompass services, workflows, and transformational change management.
• Ability to work quickly with sharp thinking, rapid iteration, and a resourceful approach when needed.
• Technical proficiency including API technologies, authentication methods, and third-party integrations in enterprise contexts.
• Analytical skills to deconstruct complex problems, identify patterns, and use data-driven approaches to develop solutions.
• Excellent written communication skills to clearly articulate product visions and plans, leading with persuasion rather than authority.
• Collaborative mindset comfortable working alongside data science, engineering, design, and customer success teams, as well as maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
