Role Overview

We seek experienced product engineers to take ownership of innovative product segments within KIRA's AI-driven stockbroking platform. This role is tailored for proactive builders passionate about creating outstanding, user-centric financial products. It requires a strong ability to understand user needs, collaborate closely with engineering and design teams, rapidly deploy features, and iteratively enhance products based on performance data.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product areas spanning insurance, payments, savings, investments, travel, and other financial services.
• Identify user challenges, establish product scopes and success metrics, and plan detailed roadmaps and launches.
• Collaborate effectively across engineering, design, data analytics, operations, compliance, and business functions.
• Translate intricate financial products into intuitive customer experiences.
• Leverage user data, feedback, research insights, and operational issues to guide product decisions.
• Manage feature releases, continuously monitor product performance, and drive improvements.
• Balance priorities among speed, user experience, business value, compliance requirements, and operational complexities.

Qualifications & Preferences

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, or growth/product operator roles.
• Strong aptitude for product design and simplifying complex workflows.
• Proficiency in working alongside engineers and designers to deliver tangible products.
• Comfort with data analytics, user feedback loops, experimentation, and adaptive learning after launch.
• Excellent writing, prioritization skills, and stakeholder communication.
• High degree of ownership with the capacity to drive projects with minimal oversight.
• Previous experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer applications, or other high-growth sectors is highly valued.
