Overview
Join a dedicated team focused on improving patient care in the field of invasive ventilation and humidification. This role is ideal for an adaptable engineer eager to contribute meaningful work supporting vulnerable patients. It offers dynamic daily activities ranging from product updates to regulatory navigation, collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Manufacturing, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and Operations Engineering.
Role Responsibilities and Environment
- Continuously learn and develop expertise in medical device engineering.
- Apply critical thinking to solve complex product and operational challenges.
- Engage in a variety of projects with a long-term vision focused on patient safety and efficacy.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biomedical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields.
- Between entry-level to 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in product development or engineering processes.
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving aptitude and critical thinking abilities.
- A collaborative attitude with a drive for continuous learning and innovation.
- Readiness to handle diverse assignments, manage risk, and resolve uncertainties effectively.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn design controls and regulatory standards applicable to medical devices.
