Role Overview

We are searching for a motivated UX/UI Product Designer passionate about transforming complicated operational processes into intuitive, beautifully designed user experiences. Collaborating closely with founders and engineers, you'll create solutions addressing the needs of property managers, operational teams, and guests.

Key Design Responsibilities

• Develop central product features including dashboards and workflows related to reservations, property management, guest messaging, cleaning schedules, maintenance, and financial operations.
• Design AI agent interactions that simplify configuration, clarify their behavior, enable user oversight, and facilitate intervention as required.
• Create efficient onboarding flows that assist operators in linking channels, adding properties, and quickly realizing platform benefits.
• Enhance booking and guest experiences such as direct reservations, check-in processes, extension handling, and upsell opportunities.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive design system with reusable components and consistent interaction patterns to ensure platform cohesiveness as it scales.
• Design marketing materials including landing pages, visual feature presentations, and product launch collateral to clearly communicate value.

Design Process and Collaboration

• Lead the full design lifecycle from defining problems and conducting user research to developing prototypes, final interfaces, and reviewing implementations.
• Engage with operators and internal stakeholders to gain insight into operational workflows and pain points.
• Simplify complex requirements into clear user journeys, wireframes, and refined interfaces.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are feasible, handle real data scenarios, edge cases, and technical limitations.
• Validate concepts early through testing, gather feedback, and iteratively improve post-launch experiences.
• Leverage AI tools to boost design exploration and production efficiency without sacrificing quality.
• Demonstrate initiative by identifying challenges, suggesting solutions, and driving projects to completion.

What We Seek in a Candidate

• An impressive portfolio showcasing both thoughtful UX strategy and superior visual design skills.
• Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards, or other applications featuring intricate workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including expertise in auto layout, component creation, design systems, and interactive prototyping.
• Strong judgment in typography, spacing, hierarchy, color schemes, and responsive design principles.
• Talent for distilling complex information into simple user-friendly formats without omitting critical details.
• Proven ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams and oversee designs through to production deployment.
• Clear, effective communication skills enabling explanation of design choices and receptive to constructive feedback.
• High ownership mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to make progress amidst evolving requirements.

Additional experience in short-term rental industries, hospitality, AI-driven products, conversion optimization, or frontend development is advantageous.
