Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and zoning of the produce area at all times to ensure it is customer-ready.
• Regularly rotate stock and eliminate expired items to guarantee product freshness and quality.
• Ensure all produce items are correctly priced and properly labeled, following established protocols for ordering, clearances, markups, markdowns, and signage.
• Comply with food safety, sanitation, and cold chain protocols including temperature monitoring, proper food handling, and adherence to sell-by and expiration dates.
• Stock merchandise as needed, including applying product protection and setting modular displays such as flex modulars and shelf caps to keep inventory fully stocked.
• Adhere to health and safety policies to maintain a safe, clean working environment.
• Demonstrate availability and flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support store operations and deliver consistent service quality.

Challenges You May Face

• Effectively managing an extensive workload in a fast-moving, overnight environment while maintaining energy and focus.
• Physically demanding tasks including standing for long periods, bending, and lifting inventory or supplies weighing up to 20 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Perform repetitive stocking, zoning, and organizing duties with consistent attention to detail and adherence to store standards.

Compensation

The starting pay rate for this position is $18.05 per hour.
