Process Technician - Nights

About the Role

We are seeking two Process Technicians to join a dynamic team working night shifts in Galway, Ireland. This role involves supporting advanced medical technology in a collaborative environment celebrated for its vibrant community and excellent quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions, conduct preventative maintenance, and escalate complex problems to Engineering or Maintenance teams as required.
• Work closely with Manufacturing Engineers to analyze and resolve issues related to scrap and yield affecting equipment and process performance.
• Collaborate within a team of approximately six Technicians and Production Core Teams spanning three to four main processes.
• Document maintenance activities using internal systems, prepare yield updates via PowerPoint, and manage shift handovers using Teams and Excel.
• Interact with SQL databases to manage equipment data for performance optimization, with training provided.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in all activities.

Candidate Profile

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and rectify technical issues.
• Background or familiarity with electrical or mechanical troubleshooting is highly valued.
• Effective communicator and a collaborative team player.
• Willingness to learn new software and tools; SQL training will be offered.
