Role Overview
We are seeking a Metrology Process Technician who will play a key role in supporting measurement processes within our manufacturing environment. The position involves maintaining equipment performance, ensuring product quality, and working hands-on with high-tech metrology tools. Additionally, the role provides opportunities to contribute to continuous process enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop product recipes addressing parameters such as thickness, critical dimension (CD), and profile.
- Work closely with production teams, process engineers, and equipment owners to maintain high tool availability and uptime.
- Manage timely lot disposition to ensure smooth throughput.
- Conduct tool calibration activities to guarantee measurement accuracy and quality standards.
- Assist engineering departments with various process-related requests and support.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a diploma or certification from the Institute of Technical Education or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in metrology process operations within manufacturing is advantageous.
- Exhibit strong analytical abilities and aptitude for problem-solving.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within teams.
- Show eagerness to acquire new skills and adapt to evolving processes.
