Dyson Singapore is seeking a Process Technician to join its Advanced Manufacturing facility in Pioneer. This role supports automated manufacturing lines to maintain efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee production line metrics including yield and quality checks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to sustain performance.
• Conduct initial troubleshooting and identify root causes during high rejection or non-conformance incidents on production lines.
• Assist engineers in resolving daily production challenges and support continuous process improvement efforts.
• Execute engineering builds and trial runs according to established procedures.
• Perform fundamental defect inspections and verify processes as directed.
• Accurately document process data and observations in a timely manner.
• Initiate straightforward process enhancements to improve quality and operational efficiency.
• Provide on-the-job training to operators using work instructions.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S principles.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum three years of experience working in an automated production line environment.
• ITC or Diploma in Mechatronic, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering as the minimum educational qualification.
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime as needed.
• Ability to differentiate colored wires, signals, indicators, and labels essential for safe job performance.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing machines and equipment operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as JMP or Minitab is advantageous.
• Prior exposure to manufacturing or production environments is preferred.
