About the Role
Sutherland is inviting applications for the role of Process Associate in Chat Support focused on customer services. The company is an established global leader in digital and business transformation, known for integrating AI, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, and digital services to enhance client engagement and operational efficiency. Job Responsibilities
- Deliver customer support through chat channels, ensuring prompt and accurate assistance.
- Maintain professionalism and clarity while addressing customer queries in English.
- Adapt to rotational night shifts and weekly off rotations as per business requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Candidates with excellent spoken English and verbal communication skills.
- Open to fresh graduates as well as individuals with a minimum of six months professional experience.
- Availability to join immediately is preferred.
- Willingness to work from office and adhere to shift schedules including night shifts.
Additional Information
- Work location is in Chennai at Sutherland's Gateway Office Parks, Perungalathur.
- One-way cab service and transport allowance are provided for commuting convenience.
