Key Responsibilities

• Analyze AI-produced summaries for accuracy, completeness, and relevance to client needs.
• Compare summaries with specific client and underwriter specifications prior to final approval.
• Edit and format documents to adhere strictly to client templates and standards.
• Confirm correct interpretation of medical terms, diagnoses, and clinical information.
• Deliver error-free or near-error-free final reports, giving utmost priority to precision.
• Understand the underwriting context to ensure summaries aid underwriting decisions effectively.
• Complete assignments within designated turnaround times.
• Report unclear, incomplete, or inconsistent AI outputs to supervisors or team leads promptly.
• Maintain productivity and quality as per process guidelines.
• Collaborate with colleagues, quality assurance, and leads to address recurring AI-related issues.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related Paramedical disciplines; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong or developing knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
