Job Overview
The position of Pro Associate involves delivering exceptional customer service at The Home Depot in El Cajon, CA. The primary focus is to ensure transactions are performed swiftly and accurately.
Key Duties
- Facilitate customer acquisition by asking insightful questions about their projects
- Possess thorough knowledge of Pro loyalty programs and benefits
- Leverage Pro programs such as bulk pricing, Pro Xtra, and credit options to enhance sales
- Operate at the Pro desk addressing general customer inquiries
- Collaborate with PASA for transitioning Managed Account customers and quote building
- Maintain a safe environment by adhering to safety policies and standards, completing required safety training, and correcting hazards or unsafe conditions promptly
