Job description
About the Role
Join a prestigious global hospitality brand with over a century of history by becoming a Private Dining Supervisor at Paramount Hotel Dubai. In this role, you will collaborate closely with service staff to guarantee exceptional guest experiences by ensuring the prompt and accurate delivery of all orders and amenities as specified by the Order Taker.
You will also provide support to the Assistant Manager by supervising and managing daily activities related to Private Dining, all while upholding the hotel’s high standards of service quality.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least two years in a supervisory position within a luxury, international 5-star hotel environment.
- Substantial experience in Private Dining, In-Room Dining, and Food & Beverage operations.
- Excellent communication abilities and strong coordination skills.
- Capacity to thrive under pressure in a dynamic, multiethnic workplace.
- Organized, efficient, optimistic, and deeply committed to guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in upselling techniques; prior HACCP training is beneficial.
- Knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus.
