About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Private Butler to join a prestigious private household in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will have a history of supporting VIPs, Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, Royal Families, private estates, luxury hotels, or executive residences. This position demands flawless etiquette, excellent organizational capabilities, strict confidentiality, and the foresight to anticipate the principal's requirements while upholding the utmost hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional butler services and personalized hospitality tailored to a private residence setting.
• Offer formal dining services, including setting tables, applying fine dining etiquette, managing wine service, and welcoming guests.
• Oversee the principal's wardrobe management – caring for garments, handling packing and unpacking during travels, and organizing personal items.
• Liaise with household personnel such as housekeeping, chefs, drivers, and security to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Prepare the residence for guest arrivals, special private functions, formal dinners, and official events.
• Manage inventory and household supplies, coordinating procurement when necessary.
• Provide daily personal assistance to the principal, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
• Anticipate the principal's preferences to deliver proactive and smooth service.
• Travel internationally with the principal when needed, ensuring consistent high standards of service.
• Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality throughout the engagement.

Candidate Requirements

• Verified experience as a Private or Household Butler serving VIPs, UHNWIs, Royal Families, private estates, luxury hotels, or executive residences.
• Proficiency in English communication, both spoken and written, is essential.
• Extensive knowledge of formal service standards, luxury hospitality, and household management practices.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent multitasking capabilities and keen attention to details.
• Demonstrated trustworthiness, reliability, loyalty, and discretion in previous roles.
• Ability to operate effectively within a fully staffed household environment.
• Professional appearance with impeccable personal grooming and presentation.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally alongside the principal.
• Capacity to stay composed, adaptable, and service-minded within a dynamic household setting.
